Do I have to use every service to work with you?

No. Most clients start with help desk and managed IT, then add security, cloud, or vCIO when the time is right. You only buy what you need.

How do the services overlap with our internal IT team?

We can replace, augment, or sit alongside. Many clients keep a small internal team and use us for 24/7 help desk, security operations, and senior advisory.

What does multi-line pricing look like?

A per-user platform fee covers identity, endpoints, monitoring, and help desk. A per-environment ops fee covers cloud, networks, and servers. Adding a service line adds a line item, not a markup on the others.

Can you do project-only work without managed services?

Sometimes — we take selective project engagements for companies who already have an MSP they’re happy with. We’ll tell you on the discovery call if it’s a fit.

Do you offer any kind of service guarantee?

Yes. Our service agreement spells out response commitments and terms in writing. Ask to see it before you sign anything.
