1. Application
This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to your use of https://athenait.ai and any environment, network, account, or service operated or managed by Athena IT, Inc. ("Athena IT," "we," "our"). It supplements our Terms of Service and the master agreements with our clients.
2. Prohibited activities
You agree not to:
- Violate any law, regulation, or contractual obligation.
- Infringe intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights of others.
- Engage in fraud, deception, phishing, or social engineering.
- Send unsolicited bulk communications or spam.
- Distribute malware, viruses, ransomware, or any malicious code.
- Attempt to access systems, accounts, or data without authorization.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of any system without prior written consent.
- Disrupt or degrade service (e.g., denial-of-service, resource flooding).
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or systematically extract content from our Site beyond what is permitted by law and reasonable use.
- Generate, host, or distribute child sexual abuse material (CSAM), non-consensual intimate imagery, or content that incites violence.
- Harass, threaten, or stalk individuals.
- Misrepresent your identity, affiliation, or authority.
- Use Athena IT services to support sanctioned activities or sanctioned parties.
- Mine cryptocurrency on infrastructure not authorized for that use.
3. Security expectations
You will:
- Use strong, unique credentials and enable multi-factor authentication where available.
- Keep credentials confidential and report suspected compromise promptly.
- Promptly install applicable security updates on systems you control.
- Cooperate with reasonable security investigations.
4. Reporting abuse
To report abuse, security issues, or violations of this AUP, email [email protected].
We respond to verified reports within one business day for non-urgent issues and within one hour for severe or active incidents.
5. Enforcement
We may investigate suspected violations and may suspend or terminate access without notice if we determine, in our reasonable discretion, that a violation has occurred. We will cooperate with law-enforcement requests as required by law.
6. Changes
We may update this AUP from time to time. The "Last updated" date will reflect the most recent revision.
